02 Good to know
The selected pixels are replaced in the output. JPG and WebP stay in their format; other images are saved as PNG. Check the saved image to confirm the sensitive area is covered.
03Select the pixels to cover
Drag over the area or enter its x, y, width and height in pixels. The selected pixels are replaced with the chosen solid color in the output.
A solid cover hides the selected pixels in the saved image. Check that the box covers the full sensitive area, including nearby text or edges, before sharing.
04Inspect the exported copy
JPG and WebP stay in their format; other supported images are saved as PNG. Open the downloaded image and confirm the sensitive detail is covered. Do not rely on a preview alone when redacting private information.
