Files processed on your device01 How it works
- Add one or more CSV files.
- Choose header, stripes and colours.
- Download the PDF (or a ZIP for several).
02 Good to know
The header row repeats on every page and numbers are right-aligned. Delimiters are detected automatically.
03Make a readable PDF from tabular data
Add one or more .csv, .tsv, or .txt files. The converter detects the delimiter, lays the rows into a paginated table, and repeats the header row on each page.
Choose whether the first row is a header and adjust stripe and colour options. Number values are right-aligned to make columns easier to scan.
04Review wide and multi-file tables
Check column labels, long values, and page breaks in the preview before exporting. Very wide tables may need a smaller type size or landscape layout in the source data to remain easy to read.
For several input files, the tool packages the resulting PDFs in a ZIP. Keep the CSV when you need to sort, filter, or calculate on the original rows.
05Choose the right conversion
CSV to PDF is useful when recipients need a stable, printable report. If you need to edit the data in a spreadsheet, open the CSV in a spreadsheet app instead.
To make a PDF table editable as CSV or Excel data, try PDF to CSV or PDF to Excel. Extracted columns are inferred from the PDF layout and should be checked.
