Changes are applied to a copy; page content is not re-encoded. Select several pages with Ctrl/Shift-click to act on them together.
03Arrange pages in the thumbnail grid
Drag page thumbnails into a new order, then save an organized copy of the PDF. Select several pages with Ctrl-click or Shift-click to rotate or delete them together.
Reordering changes the page sequence in the file. It does not rewrite the text, images, or vector content on each page.
04Make page-level changes
Rotate a sideways scan, duplicate a page, or delete a page you no longer need. You can also insert a blank page where a divider or handwritten note belongs.
This organizer inserts blank pages. To bring pages in from another PDF, merge the documents and arrange their pages there.
