- Choose a PDF and enter your text.
- Click a clear area on the page, then move or resize the text as needed.
- Review the placement and download the updated copy.
02 Good to know
See your text on the actual page before saving. Adding text preserves the existing page content; it does not move paragraphs out of the way. Use Edit PDF to replace existing words, or Redact PDF to remove sensitive content.
03Click the page to place new text
Open a PDF, type a line of text and click where it should appear. Repeat to add more text items on any page. The original page stays visible as you work.
Select a text item to change its wording, size, colour or coordinates. Drag it into place or use the arrow keys to nudge it. Undo and redo are available while editing.
04Check placement before saving
Added text sits over the page; it does not reflow the surrounding paragraphs. Place it in an open area and check pages with different sizes or orientations before downloading.
To change existing wording, choose Edit text in the toolbar. To remove sensitive content, use Redact PDF and inspect the exported result.
