Crop PDF pages
Crop PDF pages by drawing an area to keep, applying one crop across the document or trimming white margins automatically. Cropping changes page bounds; content outside them may remain in the file. Free to use, with no sign-up required.

02 Good to know
By default cropping hides the area outside the box. Turn on permanent removal to shrink the page itself.
03Crop selected pages or use one crop throughout
Add a PDF and draw the area to keep on the page preview. Apply the same crop to every page, or set different crop areas on individual pages. You can also enter a page range so only selected pages change.
To trim blank borders, switch to Trim white margins and set how much space to leave around detected content. Review the preview before saving, especially when pages have different sizes or content near an edge.
04Know what a crop does to content outside the box
A crop changes the page bounds; it does not securely erase the underlying page data. Content outside the visible area may still be present in the PDF. Keep an original copy if you may need it later, and use Redact PDF when you need to remove sensitive content.
05 Questions
Can I crop just one page of a PDF?
Yes. Choose the pages to crop and draw a crop area for each selected page, or apply the same area to all pages.
Can I remove white margins automatically?
Yes. Choose Trim white margins. The tool detects the page content and lets you set the padding around it.
Does cropping permanently delete what is outside the box?
No. Cropping changes page bounds, but the underlying page data may remain in the file. Use Redact PDF when you need to remove sensitive content.
Will the same crop work on pages with different sizes?
You can apply a shared crop or draw separate areas page by page. Check pages with different dimensions before saving so the crop does not cut off content.
