02 Good to know
Uses saved cell values and common XLSX/XLSM fonts, fills, borders and merged cells. Formatting in other formats is limited. Charts, images, conditional formatting, macros and Excel print layouts are not reproduced. Recalculate and save formulas in Excel or LibreOffice first. Fit-to-width may enlarge the PDF paper size for wide sheets.
03Choose sheets and page layout
Add an XLSX, XLSM, XLS, ODS, or Unicode CSV file. Select sheets by name or number, choose automatic, portrait, or landscape orientation, and set whether columns should fit the page width.
You can include gridlines and row or column headings, choose paper size, and add page numbers. Preview the converted cells before downloading the PDF.
04Understand spreadsheet conversion limits
The converter uses saved cell values. It does not recalculate formulas, so recalculate and save the workbook in Excel or LibreOffice first if formula results may be stale.
Common XLSX and XLSM fonts, fills, borders, and merged cells are supported. Charts, images, conditional formatting, macros, and Excel print layouts are not reproduced; formatting from other spreadsheet formats is limited.
05Check wide or multi-sheet workbooks
Review each selected sheet for missing values, clipped labels, and page breaks. Fit-to-width can increase the PDF paper size for wide sheets, so confirm that the resulting pages still suit your use.
Keep the workbook when formulas, formatting, or interactive data need to remain editable.
