Operations run locally from top to bottom. Put encryption last because an encrypted PDF cannot be edited by later steps. This builder does not save workflows between visits.
03Order each operation deliberately
A workflow applies its steps from top to bottom. You can combine operations such as compression, page numbering, watermarking, and password protection, then download the processed PDFs.
Put encryption last. A password-protected PDF cannot be edited by later workflow steps. Check the output after the run, especially when steps change page content or protection.
04Workflows are temporary
The builder runs the current sequence in the browser and does not save workflows between visits. Recreate the sequence when you return.
This is a practical way to repeat a short set of document edits during one session. It is not a scheduled process, shared team automation, or a server-side integration.
