PDFs that open without a password but block printing or copying are unlocked directly. Only unlock files you are allowed to modify.
03Check what kind of protection the PDF uses
Some PDFs open normally but restrict actions such as printing or copying. Add that file to remove those restrictions. If the PDF asks for a password before it opens, provide the password you know.
Unlocking restrictions is different from removing an opening password. Use the separate password removal tool when you want a PDF you can open to stop asking for its known password.
